We connect to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Kit, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Drip, Bento, and FluentCRM. If your firm uses HubSpot for newsletters and client list segmentation, we format, test, and schedule broadcasts directly inside your HubSpot portal.
Which social media platforms can you post to?
We publish directly to LinkedIn (Personal & Company), Facebook Business Pages, Instagram Business Pages, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and Website Blogs (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Squarespace). We also publish to X (Twitter). We also write video scripts for YouTube.
How do you handle Instagram for financial advisors?
Instagram is a visual platform, so text-only posts don't work there. We re-format your core monthly articles and execution strategist insights into clean visual carousels, quote graphics, and key-takeaway slides.
Every image and carousel slide goes through the exact same compliance pre-approval process and is included in your CCO's Auditor-Ready Export Package before we post it to your Instagram Business Page.

Why don't you publish automated posts to Reddit or anonymous forums?
Compliance Spec: Excluded to protect SEC Rule 204-2 and FINRA Rule 2210 compliance. Reddit's API does not reliably support 3-to-5-year immutable archiving via tools like Smarsh, and unmoderated comments create testimonial risks.
